Tyler and Daddy's First Fishing Trip

On Saturday morning, we woke up and went out to our usual Saturday breakfast hotspot, Cracker Barrel, and then loaded up to get Tyler his first fishing pole. Tyler had been asking Brian when they could go fishing together for several months. Tyler's favorite show is Little Bear, which Father Bear and Little Bear go fishing together often. Since Tyler asked Daddy for some time together, we made a day of it.

We loaded up and headed for Maudlin International, Brian's work, where they have two large stocked ponds. We brought our leftover biscuits and go to fishing. At the first pond, Tyler caught one small brim fish. After about an hour of this conquest, we decided to move to pond two where he hit the jackpot. Tyler caught 7 brim that day. He was so excited. And, of course, he loves to go fishing now that he caught so many.
